Xi Su SS13 at Shanghai Fashion Week
One of the most pleasant surprises at Shanghai Fashion Week came from a new brand called Xi Su. I had met the designer previously when she was doing menswear in college, so I was intrigued when she invited me to her womenswear show. I knew she was a talented designer, but I didn’t know she was also so versatile… She turned out a large collection of flowing and flattering cuts that looked natural, clean, and sophisticated. I think she still has a bit of work to do, but I also thought she showed a lot of maturity for her age. I’m really looking forward to watching this designer develop, and I’d love to know what you think about the small portion of her collection I’ve posted here:
