The Year In Food has always instilled within me a rustic reverence for produce in a bucolic setting. This time, they feature a beautiful recipe of creamy polenta, roasted cherry tomatoes and fresh shell beans. Divine.

Organic farming is expanding on a whole new level. India, a country where a large number of people are vegetarian, are well on their way in embracing an anti-pesticide attitude.
